How much is shipping?
Orders placed through this website will pay a flat rate of $5 or $15 (depending on the size of the package) which has already been added to the PayPal price. Orders placed through Etsy are subject to regular Canada post fees.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided for all Canadian orders over a specific weight and can be tracked at canadapost.ca.
Tracking numbers must be requested for an additional fee for all international orders, and Canadian orders that include less than 20 dreads.
What are your delivery options?
Canada post offers standard, economy parcel, and express parcel services.
How do I return an item?
Items can be returned by mail at your discretion for refund of the cost of the product only. Shipping charges can not be waived.
What are Synth Dreads?
Synth Dreads are synthetic dreadlocks. They are made by manipulating synthetic hair (Kanekalon) or wool into a dread form and sealed with steam. They are a temporary alternative to real dreadlocks,
How do I wear them?
Single Ended (or SE) dreads have a loop at the top that can be used to pull your hair through, and braid the dread into your hair. Double Ended (or DE) dreads have two dreads on one unit and can also be box braided down one dread for a fuller look.
